Virage Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system
is one of the world's leading ANPR systems, employing
state of the art neural network techniques in its character
recognition. This ensures efficiency and integrity of
the system for use in either high volume or standard
traffic flow situations. Virage ANPR provides a solution
for ,parking garages, gasoline stations (for DMV lookup
and citation automation), and to detect stolen vehicles
if used in conjunction with database searching. Virage
ANPR also has time scheduling as a standard facility
to offer vehicle access control for commercial and industry
entry/exit scenarios.
ISAS:
Virage Intelligent Scene Analysis System (iSAS) is
an advanced solution to assist users of any CCTV system
in the detection of event or scene based activity. By
employing this state of the art solution, one is able
to anaylze multiple video signals to help or aid in
the detection of illegal or unwanted activity.
Virage iSAS can be configured in a number of ways to
handle the detection of a suspicious scene. For example,
a single system could simply alarm a user, or activate
a series of other event triggered functionality based
on repetitions or violations of a particular trigger.
